It can be cost effective to buy concentrated cleaning chemicals in bulk. When you dilute and/or transfer chemicals to secondary, smaller bottles for regular use, those secondary containers are required to have identification labels. OSHA's Hazardous Communication standard requires that "the identity of the chemical and appropriate hazard warnings must be shown on the label."
