1. Who is eligible for the ProPurchase Card?
HD Supply customers actively participating in the ProPurchase® program may continue to use their existing ProPurchase® cards and can request additional and/or replacement cards through their current accounts.
2. My company isn’t part of the ProPurchase® program. Can I still request a line of credit for shopping at The Home Depot?
Customers can continue to visit their local The Home Depot store and apply for a Commercial Credit or ProXtra Credit Account or apply for a Credit Account through http://homedepot.com.
3. Can I buy anything sold in stores or at homedepot.com with my ProPurchase® card?
Any SKU sold online or in The Home Depot stores can be purchased with your ProPurchase® card, but the card cannot be used to purchase The Home Depot gift cards.
Tool and truck rentals may be reserved online (available in select stores), and you may use your ProPurchase® card for payment on the rental(s) in store.
Your ProPurchase® card is not valid for purchases on HD Supply websites. To shop these sites, continue to sign in using your email address and associated password, then use the approved payment methods for your account.
4. What price will I pay when shopping in stores or online?
When using the ProPurchase® card in The Home Depot stores or at homedepot.com, everyday retail pricing will be applied to purchases.
5. Can I use coupons and promotions available in stores or online with my ProPurchase® card?
Any coupons or promotions that are valid for use at The Home Depot stores or online at homedepot.com may be applied to purchases using your ProPurchase® card as payment.
6. Who do I contact with additional questions?
For questions related to order status, change requests, or returns for purchases made online at homedepot.com using your ProPurchase® card, please contact Pro Customer Support at 1.800.525.5000.
You agree that these Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Card(s). By requesting the Card, the Account Owner is agreeing to be responsible for all transactions made with the Card(s).
Administrator. An email will be sent, to the email address provided by You, each time the Card is used on purchases. The Account Administrator or Account Owner may request the activation or deactivation of a Card, and may limit access to the Card(s). The Administrator or Account Owner may also request spending limits or modifications to the spending limit for each Card by contacting the ProPurchase® Card Services team at 1.800.506.5542 or [email protected].
Available Credit. All purchases made using Your Card(s) will decrease Your Available Credit. If a Card transaction will cause You to exceed Your Available Credit, the Card transaction may be declined and/or the Card may be deactivated at Our discretion.

Authorized User. You may request multiple Cards for Your Account. Any individual who presents Your Card at checkout will be allowed to complete the transaction if there is sufficient Available Credit. You are responsible for all charges made using the Card(s).
Billing. Purchases made with the Card will appear on Your Account invoice. Each Card transaction will appear as “The Home Depot® In Store Purchase” or “http://homedepot.com Purchase” on the applicable invoice.
With respect to the use of the Card, in the event of conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Underlying Customer Agreement, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions will govern.
The Card provides access to Your Account for purchases made at Stores and Online. The Card is not a debit or credit card. Use of the Card and participation in this Program is optional, and the Program can be suspended or terminated at any time in the sole discretion of HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, Ltd, the issuer of the Card.
Usage. The Card is valid for select purchases made at Stores and Online. At checkout in Store, simply swipe or insert the Card to complete the transaction. If You use self-checkout in Store, select the credit button to complete the transaction. At checkout Online, enter in Your Card credentials to complete the transaction.
Returns. Any item purchased using a Card can be returned to a Store. You will need to present either the original purchase receipt or Your Card. For additional assistance with your return, please contact the ProPurchase® Card Services team at 1.800.506.5542 or [email protected] with Your Card and order number available. When an item is returned, the refunded amount will be credited to the Available Credit within one (7) business day.
Lost or Stolen. If Your Card is lost or stolen or if You suspect fraud on Your Account, You must immediately notify the ProPurchase® Card Services team at 1.800.506.5542 or [email protected] to request Card deactivation. When You call, we may require You to provide information to help Our investigation. We may require You to provide this information in writing. For example, we may ask You to identify any charges that were not made by You or someone authorized by You.
Additional or Replacement Card. If You are interested in obtaining additional Cards, or if Your Card is damaged, defective, or otherwise not working, please contact the ProPurchase® Card Services team at 1.800.506.5542 or [email protected]
