The air hydraulic cart features a 2-speed foot pump and hand held reciprocating air/oil power to raise the platform. It utilizes the 2-speed foot pump for minor height adjustments and the factory air/oil power for effortless lifting. Air pump, hydraulic cylinder, scissor legs and foot pedal are zinc plated. Wheels are poly-on-poly.
